Introduction:
“Good things come to those who work their ass off and never give up" I
have confidence that I am able to attain excellence in whatever I do. I, Aatifa
Anwar born, and raise up in the city Fateh Pur district (Layyah). Layyah is the
city of Punjab in Pakistan. It is located in the Southern part of the Punjab. I
always have been subservient and curious student. All the instructors and
professors always guided and appreciated me.
Academic background:
I have completed secondary school certificate from Faisal Public Girls High
School Fateh Pur (Layyah) and Intermediate Examination in Humanities from
Govt. College for Women FatehPur (Layyah). After the completion of my
HSSC, I have completed my Bachelor of Arts from Bahauddin Zakariya
University, Multan (Pakistan). I have completed my Master of Arts in English
Language and Literature from Gift University Gujranwala (Pakistan).
Afterwards, I started a job in London School System as circular and co circular
coordinator; during the tenure of my job I have performed multi tasks. I
assimilated and envisioned how to manage and organize different events, as
School coordinator I oversee the instructional programs in academic like the
development of teaching materials, teaching staff and curriculum. It was an
exciting and exhilarating experience to manage staff training as leader, assess
educational materials, evaluate educational technologies and mentor the new
teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies.
Now, I have decided to pursue an MSC Management with advanced practice at
BPP University, the UK due to the large scope of knowledge it can provide and
the ability to pursue occupations in a wide range of industries. This course
would not only help me to utilize my skills in management but it will also
enhance my skills and expertise that are instrumentals in public and private
companies.
Professional Experience:
I have more than 5 year’s fabulous experience working as English language
teacher, manager and student councillor then circular & co circular coordinator
in an eminent institution (London School System). I endeavour my management
skills over here and better understand the psychology of human beings. While
working at London School System it was surely an amazing experience. It is
thoroughly an educational institution which gives emphasis on student to train
them for particular task or duty, or range of tasks or duties, more or less as
would an employee, but side by side an emphasis on the learning aspects of the
experience. Different Work experiences give young people the opportunity for
involvement in workplace, helping them to understand how the world of work
operates and how it differs to school. I personally like other School
Coordinators (SC) pay my duties as teacher, manager and administrator who
volunteered on behalf of their schools to ensure that the Field Experience is
conducted in accordance with the tenets of school.
About the course I have chosen:
Although my previous master is in English language and Literature and I
strongly feel lack in my knowledge. Once I discovered that management is the
backbone to every industry, I realized that if I study Management, I shall be
able to polish my career. I have realized the importance of management
furthermore no industry can flourish without it.
My previous masters was very well in explaining basics of Linguistics like
Semantics, Pragmatics, Language And Psychology, Language And Sociology,
Computer And Communication Skills, Academic Writing And Literature
( Novels, Dramas, Poetry, Fiction And Nonfiction Prose) but still there is lack
of managerial skills.
Once I went through course details of MSC Management with Advanced
Practice. I realized that this shall be perfect to my passion, interest &
profession. I am very excited that I am going to study a module like “Leading
business organization” which will help me to understand about positioning in
professional world. Moreover, a module called “International Marketing &
Sales” will help me to understand how I can sell my skill & product, off course
in future my employer will be happy to know that I am well aware of
management along with background knowledge of English language and work
experience in a great organization. This course also includes my favourite
modules called “Knowledge Management & Information Systems” are perfect
to learn about how to execute the knowledge on the right track. Management is
the most important ingredient of any industry as management is the only tool
that can help one to develop & retain its position in market.
Concluding my remarks, this course shall help me to understand about
Management while keeping the concern of following aspects
 Strategy Development.
 Leadership
 Selling art
 Decision Making
Professional Study from the UK:

preserved sites of historical interest that I can visit whilst study in the UK.

• The 2012 Olympic Games took place in London, establishing the UK as

Reasons behind choosing Second Master's Degree after already having MA
in English from Pakistan:
The rationality is that my last degree Master in English language and literature,
my 16 years education degree. Most of companies or universities are
internationally recognized; do not consider this degree equivalent to a proper
internationally recognized master degree for the coordinator and administrator
of the school, so far the career growth I want to do my MSc Management to
make my qualification internationally recognized at 18 Years of Education. A
double master’s degree can offer much more comprehensive outlook into the
world of advancement. To cope up with the latest technologies everyone have to
move with the speed of time. Even though I have master’s degree but double
master degree will enhance my knowledge and broaden vision, at the same time
it will make my profile more impressive. After second master, more doors of
opportunities will be opened for me. The second master’s degree will
complement my already earned degrees. In a job field that works with multiple
disciplines a second master’s degree might lead to me standing out in the group
of applicants. My interests lie in more than just one academic field. I want a
deep understanding in multiple topics. It will help me to become more
globalized. It’s a good way to overlap my areas of interest. Narrowing down my
interests to just one master’s degree isn’t easy, especially as it can be difficult
knowing which one is right for you. Fortunately, a double master’s degree
allows me to satisfy my intellectual curiosity for more than just one field of
interest. I will gain a better insight into different fields of management in second
master’s degree. It will enhance my career opportunities and earning potential. a
double master’s qualification can be the springboard I need to boost my chances
of landing a more senior or managerial job role much earlier on in my career. It
will Wide my network connections. The world of education is a bustling hub,
full of people from all walks of life, and is one of the easiest places where
professional networking connections can be made – you never know who you
may meet, so use it to your advantage. I can make myself a more desirable hire.
A second Postgraduate study demonstrates your hunger for success, and is good
ways that help my CV stand out and get yourself noticed among the fiercely
over-crowded graduate pool.

The MSC Management with advanced practice provides me with the

After completing my degree, I will return back to my country and support my
family, A Master's degree in leadership and management will help me to get my
dream job with handsome salary package. There are many colleges and
institutions and organizations, which offer good post to a foreign degree holder
in administration. My Qualification from BPP and grooming from environment
of UK shall surely make me credible enough to compete and get a good job.

Initially they consider applicant on its academic profile, then they call for an
interview in which they usually select or reject the applicant. I believe that after
doing MSc Management from BPP I shall be definitely considered, because of
my quality academics from quality international university. As for the
interview, my grooming from UK’s environment shall make me credible
enough to be considered for the job. To take advantage of international
experience, I shall prefer to join co-circular Department at Managerial Position.
So, I may also be able to prove my skills with faster pace for getting faster
progression in industry. As per my knowledge with MSc Management from
BPP/UK, universities shall consider me for minimum PKR 80/90,000 per month
and if I will perform better as I described I shall be soon getting the salary of
about 150,000/month after having some years of experience. Finally, I conclude
that the career plan I have made and truck I have chosen will possibly best help
me to achieve my professional tiers.
