Teacher Observation Rating Sheet

This document contains a rubric for evaluating a pre-service teacher's actual teaching observation. The rubric assesses the teacher on 7 dimensions: personality, lesson planning, content knowledge, teaching methods, classroom management, questioning skills, and technology integration. Each dimension contains several criteria that are rated on a scale of 1 to 4, with 4 being outstanding and 1 needing improvement. The rubric is used by a cooperating teacher to observe, rate, and provide feedback to a teacher intern on their demonstration of effective teaching skills and use of technology during a classroom lesson.
