of business is related with Home Economics. Focus your questions on PECs and other business-
related attributes that helped them become successful. Analyze the results of the interview and
reflect on the similarities and/or differences. Write your answer on a separate sheet of paper.

1. What preparations did you make before you engaged in this type of business or job?
 Before entering in this sort of business, I was asked by other businessmen similar to my
intended industry what I should know and have before starting this businesses. I also
study business articles on my Milk tea company to help me succeed in this career. And
what business have not in our place.

2. What special skills and characteristics do you have that are related with your
business or job?
 I believe my marketing strategy, economic abilities such as budgeting, planning skills,
serving, managing, compassion, and inspiration are the unique talents and traits I
possess.

3. How did you solve business-related problems during the early years of your
business operation?
 We cannot deny that there are always obstacles and problems that may arise in every
firm. During the formative years of my business activities, I had difficulty controlling
budgets and managing my business staff. To solve this difficulty, I sought guidance from
another business operator who, of course, is linked to mine. This helped me figure out
what measures I needed to take to address the issues.

4. Did you follow the tips from a successful businessman or practitioner before you
engaged in your business?
 I absolutely follow some recommendations from a good entrepreneur since I feel they
know further about business, the method of making it successful, and how to deal with
challenges that may arise during the course of the business activity.

5. What best business practices can you share with aspiring entrepreneurs?
 To all those budding entrepreneurs, I believe the finest practice I can offer with you is to
ensure that you have a strong feeling of passion for businesses before engaging up in a
particular business, because engaging in a business is not as easy as some may
believe. However, in order to make your business more effective, you must have strong
motivation.

6. What do you think are the salient characteristics, attributes, lifestyle, skills and traits
that made you successful in your business or job?
 The most important features, attributes, lifestyle, talents, and qualities that have
contributed to the success of my business are simply desire and devotion. You never
make matters great unless you invest in them.
