Minutes of Barangay Session, Sept 2022

The 2nd Regular Monthly Session of Barangay Officials of Barangay Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan was held on September 17, 2022. All barangay officials were present. The meeting started at 08:15 in the morning.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION:

I. INVOCATION
- A prayer was led by Hon. Analyn Y. Padre.

II. CALL TO ORDER


The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Severino T. Tacas Jr., Punong
Barangay at 08:15 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

III. ROLL CALL


The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be present.

IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION


The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous
Session. As there were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then
approved.

V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. Community Service on September 24,2022 to be conducted by the United
Ilocandia of Santa Teresita, Cagayan.
B. September 24, 2022,08:00 am – 5:00 pm, RHU will conduct vaccination for anti-
covid at Brgy. Gymnasium. The Brgy. Officials agreed to contribute lunch foods
and snacks because there’s no budget for representation anymore.
C. Outreach Program of Padre Aluminum and Nipa Palm owned by Mr. and Mrs.
Omar F. Padre of Purok Lailo, Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita. Activities will be
distribution of School Uniforms & Stuff Toys and feeding supplementation.
D. Maintenance of street lights, replacement of all the not functioning bulbs in all the
Purok. Officer in Charge Hon. Diosdado I. Yapit.
E. Maintenance of the Rescue Vehicle. Officer in charge hon Edgar C. Soliven.
F. Beautification of the new BHS. All the Barangay Councils and Volunteers were
requested to bring ornamental plants. Officer in charge Hon. Edgar C. Soliven.

Adjournment: 12:00 noon
