1. What problem does your business is trying to solve or what needs do your business
addresses? 

Our products address the needs of consumers who are looking to experience something brand
new. Giving a new twist to a product to help consumers satisfy their dessert cravings.  

2. What do you offer something unique or different that satisfies the demand, needs, wants
or your target customer segment (Sample price, quality, design, status, etc.)

The product that we are offering is unique because it is a combination of two desserts. It is not
just an ordinary taho or an ice cream but it is a combination of both. Our product consists of a
combination of ice cream and taho wherein the toppings and flavor can be decided on what the
consumer wants.

3. How would your product or services be different from others that will attract your target
customer segment or market?
Our product would be different from others because of how it makes use of ice cream. This can
then attract the attention of our target customers since this product is something not a lot of
people are familiar with.

4. What are your business ethics that will define your dealing with customers and
stakeholders?

Our business ethics will define our dealing with customers by serving them right and giving
them good quality products at affordable prices. To receive recommendations/criticism from our
consumers that would allow us to improve and satisfy the needs and wants of our consumers. In
dealing with stakeholders, we ensure that our products will be a hit to the consumers and that the
finances will be managed properly.

The target markets of the business are the health conscious and those who love products of soy
such as taho ice cream. The business also targets those people that adore ice cream products.
Also, Children with or without obesity to start early and start right by teaching your child good
nutrition habits that will last a lifetime. Starting right also means offering soy foods. The
customers will be located in San Beda College Alabang

[Link] big is the market size? How many existing possible competitors are there?
2,000 people for Taho Ice cream. An idea we never thought of as a possibility. It is safe to say
there would be little in the way of competitors in that specific field. The only real threat we
would see is the ordinary Taho vendors present everywhere else. Although with such a Unique
proposition as Taho and Ice Cream. They would not stand a chance.

[Link] are your target customers based on that you want to build loyalty in your business?
Simple, youngsters between the ages of 10 to mid-20s. The Prospect of Taho mixed in with Ice
cream would certainly appeal more to the younger generation than anyone else. Mixing in two
very much-loved treats into one amongst that generation would guarantee at the very least.
Support in the field

Variety and Innovation would be crucial in fulfilling their demands. We have seen that
generation always seem to flock over to the next new thing, to make sure we maintain their
loyalty. We innovate on the product and change up the flavors we offer. Provide toppings such as
Kit Kats and sprinkles. Anything that would seem north-worthy could be acceptable.

How do you deliver and sell to your target customers?


We plan to be available to customers by visiting us in our own stall and also we will plan to also
distribute our products to the local canteens. 

What marketing channels are used?

The marketing channels used are Direct selling, tele marketing are marketing channels we used.
Direct selling with partnering with our local canteens and you can also visit us in our stall, we
connect our product to people physically. I can say we also used Tele Marketing by advertising
our product to social media sites like Facebook. Loyalty Programs because we also offer
coupons in exchange frequent visits. We will also distribute posters and flyers to let people know
about our product.

How would you advertise your product?


We will make our product be known by social media. We will advertise by giving potential
customers flyers and posters. We will use loyalty programs such as coupons to ensure loyal
customers

Customer Relationship (ANGKA)

How do you build patronage or positive relationship among your target customers?

People usually associate ice cream with pleasure, fun, and convenience. Thus, we will make sure
that buying our taho ice cream will evoke the same emotions from our customers. To do that, we
will prioritize quality and taste in our products, making sure that they are delicious and
appealing. We will also engage our customers in fun activities as we sell taho ice cream in our
stalls, for example having promotions every so often. Then we will make sure to maintain
cleanliness and provide excellent service, and focus on making the whole experience of ordering,
being served with the product, and consuming the product pleasurable and convenient to our
customers.

How would you retain loyalty, trust, or continued patronage of your customers?

We will encourage repeat orders and promote loyalty from our customers in a fun and engaging
way. We will devise a rewards program wherein each customer will be given a card that collects
a stamp/sticker every time he/she buys taho ice cream from our stalls. Once a set of stickers is
completed, they can redeem a special buy one get one free taho ice cream. 

What is the after-sales services your business will provide to your customers?

Our stalls will have dedicated seating areas so that families and friends can bond together while
eating their ice cream

How do you communicate with customers for feedbacks?


We will request customers to rate their satisfaction with our products and delivery of service
using the following: 1) hardcopy feedback form to be filled up at the stall; or 2) web-based
feedback form, which the customers can access using a QR code link. Customers will also be
encouraged to submit comments and/or complaints through different channels, including email,
messages, or phone calls. Any feedback from the customer will be considered as it could help us
improve our product and overall operations.

 What specific key resources or assets necessary in your business?

[Link] requirements - In order to make this business possible, a fund is needed to push this
business through. Our proposed capital is 50,000 and we are planning to combine our resources,
and if still lacking, we plan on applying for a loan.
[Link] or manpower - Our business needs people to manage it. We are planning to be hands-
on in managing the business to save expenses on salaries that would have been given to our
should-be employees. Instead, the fund allocated to the salaries would be used to fund some
equipment and machinery.

[Link] / machineries - To make our product, we need different supplies and equipment
like paper cups to serve as a container for the taho ice cream paired with disposable wooden
spoons. We plan on using paper cups and disposable wooden spoons to be environmentally
friendly. We would also be using a mixer and other mixing materials in creating the taho and ice
cream. A scooper is also needed for the ice cream and lastly, we would need a cooler to maintain
the right temperature for our products.

Facilities. To begin with, it would be a small operation. A simple stall in the cafeteria and a
couple of spaces allocated for our equipment would be enough to supplement the first day of our
business.

Land, For such a small establishment located in a large school. A simple room in a personal
home would be enough to communicate internal business planning.

6. Necessary skills (skills training if required)  

It doesn't take much, to begin with here, knowing how to make Taho would be enough essential
in our operations, as well as the proper etiquette in maintaining a possibly busy schedule. Have
to be fast to alleviate the tons of people possibly coming by the second

Sample key partners are the suppliers of the needed ingredients for our taho ice cream. They are
important to our business because if we do not get good quality ingredients, our end products
would be compromised. Having a good relationship with the suppliers would give a smooth
transaction in gathering the supplies that are needed for the business. There would also be a
chance that the production costs would be lesser since we will be purchasing in bulk from the
suppliers.

How would you price your product or services? Why?

I think 60-70 pesos is just right for the price. I observed some chilled taho businesses in malls
ranging 50-60 pesos, with our breakthrough innovation of a nostalgic product I considered the
pocket money that students got from their parents and find this price reasonable. 

Through what medium do you customers pay?

Our main medium of payment is cash

We might consider G-Cash or online payment as another medium of payment if they don’t have
cash.
