RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF TARLAC
PROVINCE A FINANCIAL GRANT OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(₱500,000.00) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GENERAL PARENT-
TEACHER ASSOCIATION (GPTA) AND BRGY COUNCIL PROJECT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF 3 CLASSROOM BUILDING AND RENOVATION OF THE
STAGE FOR MAMONIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF BRGY. MAMONIT,
MAYANTOC, TARLAC
WHEREAS, the Constitution provides, “The state shall protect and promote the right of all
citizens to quality Education at all levels, and shall take appropriate steps to
make such education accessible to all”
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teacher Association of Mamonit Elementary School and
Barangay Council of Mamonit fully supports the school’s endeavors to provide
the quality education and safe learning environment to their pupils by giving
them suitable facilities that promote learning and growth.
WHEREAS, Mamonit Elementary School has a vast increasing number of pupils this school
year but the old Marcos Type Buildings needs major repairs as well as the
school stage
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teacher Association of Mamonit Elementary School address
the said project to the Barangay Council during their session. The Barangay IRA
is lacking for construction of new classroom building, so they are looking for
donors to support the project of Mamonit Elementay School. There is a need of
3 instructional classrooms to cover the existing dilapidated old Marcos Type
buildings and school stage.
WHEREAS, the General Parent-Teacher Association of Mamonit Elementary School and
Brgy Council has no fund for the project and therefore, request the Provincial
Government of Tarlac to provide a financial aid of Five Hundred Thousand
pesos (₱500,000.00) to construct a classroom and renovate the stage that would
benefit the pupils and school in general.
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Norvin C. Tabernero Brgy. Kgwd. on Education and duly
seconded by GPTA President Celia N. Ramos, be it
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the General Parent Teacher Association (GPTA) of
Mamonit Elementary School and Brgy Council of Mamonit, Mayantoc, Tarlac
will request the Provincial Government of Tarlac through Governor Susan Yap
to provide financial support of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos ((₱500,000.00)
for the construction of Classroom Building and renovation of stage for Mamonit
Elementary School
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be furnished to Celia N. Ramos, GPTA
President; Dr. Anthony P. Velicaria, School Principal I; Hon. Abraham A.
Bautista, Punong Barangay, and the Provincial Government of Tarlac through
the office of Governor Susan Yap for this information and appropriate action.
