AR Building Design and Drafting Services began as an architectural design services in 2020,
which only offers pre-design consultation, architectural programming and planning to design
phase, providing complete construction drawings and documents and also assist clients on
applying building permits.
Over the years, we undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how
and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services and other related
construction works.
Today, AR Building Design and Drafting Services takes on the role of main contractor for
small to medium size residential and commercial projects. Our group consists of Licensed
Professionals from Architects to Engineers which specialized in different design
methodology that aims to provide a high quality standard of design and build services to our
valued clients.
Our objective is to provide good design through technical expertise, strong management
techniques and aesthetic sensitivity. These objectives are achieved by the employment of a
skilled, professional staff.. We listen, define needs and translate them into aesthetically
pleasing, comfortable, secured, functional and cost effective design solutions.
