Check tender drawing with construction drawing issued by the main contractor as
ROLES & well as the B.O.Q and specification for any discrepancy in quantity & specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of shop drawing/ schematic / load schedule in consultation with
consultants and obtaining approval prior to commencement of work
To prepare Material Submittal / Method statement and get the approval of the
same from consultant
Prepare material requirement and raise SMR & follow up with supplier for the
delivery of material.
Carry out the work at site as per approved shop drawing and as per
specification and local authorities regulation, for approval by the main
contractor / consultant
Monitor progress of work as per program and inform in writing through site
memo to the main contractor for any delay in civil works, which is affecting MEP
progress.
Inform Main Contractor (through PM) of any variation work in any scope of
original MEP Contract and the same would be done only after written approval
as a variation instruction from the main contractor / consultant.
Attend all internal site coordination meetings , work shop and progress meeting
with main contractor/consultant/client.
Supervise sub-contractor’s work diligently for quality of work adhering the
specifications and completion in all respects.
Low Voltage Electrical Installations (LV Panel, M.D.B, SMDB, DB etc.).
Preparation of voltage drop calculation from LV panel to final distribution board.
• Design the electrical room details diagram, design the bus bar roots &
cable tray, Trenching.
Estimation the cost of material for the projects & and dealing with suppliers to
bring good prices with standard material.
And arrange the material as per site required and as per the situations.
Check (Supervision) & installation the all electrical works (light, power, central
battery, fire alarm, CCTV, audio intercom, access control, structure cabling).
Make the inspection with consultant for all the electrical works.
Checking all daily activities, updating documentation and arrange the
manpower.
Prepare testing and commissioning check for all defects are attended
immediately
Prepare As Built Drawing and O&M manuals for our respective works
Check out entire workman wear PPE and they do not carry out any unsafe act
at site & report any unsafe practices by any our worker to safety office
Check tool box talks are conducted for workers at least thrice for a week
