Subject: Complaint regarding Mess.

Respected Sir,

We undersigned students of Matoshri Govt. Colleges Hostel, We are facing following problems at Mess

1) Overcharging is being done by the mess administrator despite of the fact that we all belong to the Economically Weaker Section
who barely able to manage money for their basic expenses, Mess contractor has mandated advance

monthly payment to be paid otherwise students have to pay 50Rs per plate seems to be arbitrary instead of 40Rs which has decided
as per contract. Our demand is lunch and dinner should be served at the price of Rs. 40 as he had served at the same price in the
initial days of mess.

2) Moreover, they are taking advance payment of one month in which they have made it mandatory for us to use these coupons only
for dinner. These coupons cannot be used for the lunch, which is illogical and irrational.

3) On top of it, the food which is being served is limited (ie 4 Chapatis). Our demand is for unlimited food.

4) Oil is not being applied on chapati's. Also, chapatis are not well roasted. Our demand is to provide us chapati's with application of oil
on it and well roasted chapati's.

5) Use of baking soda in the food is rampant, due to which many students are

facing health issues, which is not desirable.

6) Non-veg food is being served at the mess which hurts the religious sentiments,

our request is to provide separate outlet for non-veg food.

7) Food Salad is not being served with the food. Food must get provided with food salad so that nutritional requirements of human
body will be fulfilled.

Thus, it is our sincere and humble request to resolve the issues mentioned above as early as possible.
