I.

A force sensor has a 0 to 2 105 N input range and an output range of 1

to 5 V. Find the ideal straight line's equation. An output range of 4 to

20 mA and an input range of 0 to 2 104 Pa define a differential pressure

transmitter. Identify the ideal straight line's equation.

II. A non-linear pressure sensor has a 0 to 10 bar input range and a 0 to

5 V output range. At 4 bar, the output voltage is 2.20 V. Determine the

nonlinearity's voltage value and percentage of span.

III. A non-linear temperature sensor has a 0 to 400 °C input range and a 0

to 20 mV output range. At 100 °C, the output signal is 4.5 mV. Find the

millivolts and % of span of the non-linearity at 100 °C.

IV. At a constant temperature of 20 °C, a force sensor has an input range

of 0 to 10 kN and an output range of 0 to 5 V. The output range is 0 to

5.5 V at 30 °. Put a number on this environmental impact.

V. At 20 °C, the output range of a pressure transducer is 1.0 to 5.0 V, an

d at 30 °C, the output range is 1.2 to 5.2 V. Put a number on this envi

ronmental impact.

VI. At a typical ambient temperature of 20 °C, a pressure transducer has

an input range of 0 to 104 Pa and an output range of 4 to 20 mA. The

range varies to 4.2 to 20.8 mA at a temperature increase of 30 °C. Find

the KI and KM values for the environmental sensitivity.
