the land hereinafter described brought under the operation of the Property Registration Decree,
and to have the title thereto registered and confirmed. And I (or we) declare that:

1. I am (we are) the owner(s) in fee simple of a certain parcel of land with the
buildings (if any; if none, strike out the words “with the buildings”) thereon situated
