DAF in Filter (DAFF)
To allow constant filter operation without clogging, a DAF •
system was selected to reduce TSS, algae and O&G levels
before they reach the filters.
The DAF system is incorporated within the MMF (DAF in •
Filter - DAFF) – allows saving space and concrete.

Modular Approach
Extent of Prefabrication
Why Prefabricating?
Prefabrication is done under controlled
environment
Minimizing erection risks
Shorten erection time on-site
Facilitating easy project expansion
Target: Reduction in EPC Cost and Project Time

Conclusions
Pre treatment selected DAF In Filter for the project is
the most suitable for the seawater conditions.
Roubust design to comply higher availability
(redundancy in all process trains)
Modularity approach allow easy installation, reducing
risk, ensure project Schedule requirement
All processes were defined according to EIA
requirements (comply local regulation for discharge
DS-90)
Higher sinergy with owner designer AUSENCO who is
risponsable for the marine port design
Thank You!
