The accumulated experiences show that the execution of the program points
adds value to the establishment of development guidelines for the future. On the
other hand, the impartial judgment of eventualities maximizes the possibilities

resources involved. Above all, it is fundamental to point out that the beginning of

What we must always keep in mind is that the expansion of world markets
plays an essential role in shaping conventional modes of operation. Nevertheless,
the increase in dialogue between the different production sectors extends the reach
and importance of departmental motivation levels. The incentive to technological
advance, as well as the growing influence of the media, challenges the equalizing
capacity of the innovative management of which we are a part. We realize, more and
more, that the appreciation of subjective factors facilitates the creation of
undeniably appropriate conditions.

In this sense, the competitiveness in commercial transactions entails a


process of reformulation and modernization of alternatives to orthodox solutions.
However, we must not forget that the complexity of the studies carried out promotes
the leveraging of the postures of the governing bodies with regard to their
attributions. In today's world, consultation with the various militants is one of
the consequences of normative rules of conduct. It is important to question the
extent to which the monitoring of consumer preferences can no longer be dissociated
from the system of cadre training that corresponds to the needs. We can already
glimpse the way in which the mobility of international capital must undergo
