Description of the program : Small and modern utilities for resetting passwords of Windows accounts, editing
their properties, creating new and deleting existing users.

Pros :
There is a version x86, x64.
All actions are performed in the main window of the program.
You can control the program only with the mouse or only with the keyboard, or both.
Lots of different information about a user account.
Resetting the password of the local user and Microsoft LiveID accounts
Removing restrictions and blocking from the account
Clearing the logon history and entering incorrect passwords
The program works with any Windows operating system (except active).
Mounting and processing a VHD container.
Warning if system is in FastBoot mode
Install bypass from nikzzzz , to log into an account, without knowing and entering a password. At the
first start of the program, a backup copy of the user database is created, then this can be done
manually.

You can undo the changes by restoring the user database from a backup.
Correct creation of a new System User (with Administrator rights)
Unicode support (there will be no crackpot)
User names, descriptions and group names will be displayed in the national language, without
distortion.
Run not only in WinPE, but also in Windows family OS

Cons :
Doesn't work with an active system.
It needs to be booted from another operating system or WinPE.
Does not decrypt or display the user's real password.
Does not extract password hashes for subsequent decryption.
When you change the password to your own, a task is created that is executed when the system starts.
English language localization (no multilingual)

Mini Help :
Boot from a system other than the one you want to edit.
Run the program, select the section with the system and the user.
Press the Reset \ Unlock button.
Load the system and check the result.
