Week 4 Mini Reflection

What are some of the considerations that you need take seriously to have in
creating learning materials?
These are the things that should be put in consideration in creating learning
materials:
a. Resources/Tools to be used
- When designing instructional materials, teachers should consider the
availability of tools they will use in teaching. Otherwise, it wouldn’t work
and cause irregularities in the discussion, which might lose the student’s
confidence and might make them feel discouraged.
b. Students
- Students should be the topmost priority in designing instructional
materials. Teachers should examine the students: culture, religion, age,
comprehension, etc. These things are factors that measure the
appropriateness of the instructional materials.
c. Teaching Profession
- The teacher must have a mindset to teach and not slack off. The teacher
must promote the integrity of their profession as educators. And it should
be reflected on their work and instruction.
