SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ______, Filipino, of legal age, single, and with residence at _____, DO HEREBY name,
constitute, and appoint ______, Filipino, of legal age, single, and currently residing at _______, to
be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me and in my name, place, and stead perform the
following acts, to wit:

1. Enter into dealings and transactions necessary to carry out my intended business / commercial activity

cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents. In no way shall this Special Power of Attorney be
construed as a waiver of my right to revoke the same, or right to assail the acts and representations of my
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT should these be inconsistent with or contrary to the intention of herein instrument;

THUS, my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT binds himself to faithfully keep within the bounds of herein Special
Power of Attorney.
