First Game: Catch the Thief!
Objectives:
Police: Catch the thief
Thief: Don’t let the police catch you, run away from the police as fast as you can!
Mechanics:
1. The game should have at least 10 players or more for able to have fun and exciting game.
2. There should be 2 different colors of handkerchief. One handkerchief will symbolize the thief while the other will
symbolize the police. (Any colors will do, as long as it differs from each other.)
3. All the players should form a circle. The rotation of the game depends on the majority vote of all players, whether
it is in a clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
4. The first handkerchief which is the thief need to tie the handkerchief over his/her neck twice, while the police will
only tie it once before passing it to the next player next to you.
5. You can’t pass the handkerchief to the next player beside you if you don’t follow the exact rules of tying the
handkerchief base on your role. (The role of each players will always change as it’s depend on the handkerchief they
are holding.)
6. The game will end if the police already catch the thief by putting the handkerchief that symbolizes the police over
the neck of a player that has the handkerchief of a thief over his/her neck.
(This game is like a whole team vs. 1 because the only goal of this game is to catch the thief. However, the players
are not certain who the thief is because it will always change depending on the handkerchief, everyone has a
possibility to become a thief. So one advice for the thief. Run as fast as you can, don’t let them catch you!)
Second Game: Who Are You?
Objectives:
Guess the person who is in front of you.
Mechanics:
1. The game needs a minimum of 10 players or more as long as it is even because it will divide into two teams.
2. Prepare any dark large barrier, a thick blanket will do just make sure that the two teams will not see each other
behind that blanket.
3. There should be two persons (guards) who will hold the blanket high so that the two teams will not peek to the
other team.
4. Each team will decide which of them will go first. Once both teams are already decided, the chosen player will
stand behind the blanket facing the other team.
5. Once both team are ready, the guards will now drop the blanket and once you see the person in front of you, you
need to shout his/her name first for you to gain points for your team. And again both teams will choose another
player who will play for another round.
6. The team who have more points will be the winner of this game.
(This game will test how well do you know the people around you especially their name. SO, DON’T FORGET
THEIR NAMES!)
Third Game: Attendance, Present!
Objectives:
Respond every time your name will be called.
Mechanics:
1. 5 or more persons is needed in this game.
2. Form a circle before starting the game.
3. One person will start the game, it will depends on the players who will they choose. The first person who will start
the game must call a name while pointing to a different player but it should not be the person who are you calling or
else you will be eliminated.
4. The person who are called must say “present” immediately so he/she will not be eliminated. On the other hand,
the player who are being pointed, if he/she respond (any kind of actions that shows of response) he/she will be
eliminated also.
5. Then if the first person who are called successfully respond, he/she now will be one who will pick another name
and so on.
6. The last 2 players remaining will be the winner of this game.
(This game will test the attentiveness of each player. All players should also know how to attack, and vice versa they
should also know how to defend. The only way to win this game is to be attentive, and try to not be fooled, be
careful! One last advice, DON’T DO ANYTHING IF YOU DON’T HEAR YOUR NAME!)
