Capstone Project(6 months) Generation of electricity by speed breaker
This is a power project based on the fact that now electricity can be generated with the help of speed breaker by making gear arrangement and using electronic gadgets, thus huge amount of electricity can be generated saving lots of money and implemented will be very beneficial for government. The principle involved is POTENTIAL ENERGY TO ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONVERSION. There is a system to generate power by converting the potential energy generated by a vehicle going up on a speed breaker into kinetic energy. When the vehicle moves over the inclined plates, it gains height resulting in increase in potential energy, which is wasted in a conventional rumble strip. When the breaker comes down, they crank a lever fitted to a ratchet-wheel type mechanism (a angular motion converter) which in turn rotates a geared shaft loaded with recoil springs. The output of this shaft is coupled to a dynamo to convert kinetic energy into electricity.

I got placed in ELCON GROUP during campus placement with package 1.75 lakhs per annum. But I did not get my offer letter from the company yet. I won the prize in district level quiz contest, organized by a local social organization. i represented as captain of school kabbadi team at district level.
