3. Minimum Hardware and Software requirements
User Workstation Requirements:
Hardware Requirements:
 A system with minimum Dual core / Core 2Duo Processor.
 1 GB RAM or above.
 10 GB HDD or above recommended.
 Ethernet based Network Interface.
 Modem or mode of connecting Internet for web-based users.
 Workable input and output devices.
Software Requirements:
 Windows based operating system –Win.8,Win.8.1 and Win.10.
 For Best viewing:Web browser –
 Internet Explorer 11 or above recommended.
 Mozilla Firefox 47 or above recommended.
 Chrome al versions
Vendor Login Process& ProfileUpdate:

1. Mail alert sent to Vendors registeredmail id

2. Attach Digital Signature Certificate

3. Vendor need to click on Password Active link

4. Systemredirects to change password page, after updating the password userneed to login.

5. Vendor userneed to clickon Login, EnterTemporaryuser id of ADFS(abcdef@cpwdc [Link] ), enter New


Password & clickon sign in button.

• Click on Sign In & Redirects to Digital Signature “OK”


• Select your certificate and click on “Register”
• System automaticallymaps the certificate to userid.
•System redirectsto Vendor Profile Page.
Userselects –

• Vendor needs to verify encryption certificate


• Enter New User ID ( 12 Characters)
• Mobile or Email Id – Updation OTP Verification
Vendor User Login Process & Profile Update:

6. Afterupdating the profilesystemredirectsto listof duplicate companies display against


same PAN.
7. Ifuserswant to update profileagainst the multiplefirms,click on “Add Firm”
8. System redirects to Profile update page
9. After updating the profilesystemredirects to Vendor Dashboard.
10. Next Login – Systemredirectsto change Password page, after updating the password
need to be login.
Vendorreceives the mail for changing the password
User need to enter the new password and confirm password.
User will Clicks on ‘Login again’ or User will go to homepage and clicks login.
User clicks on login
User will search for CPWD Signer in the Desktop
Right click on “CPWDSigner”. Click on “Run as administrator“, It will automatically
update the CPWDSigner (Digital component).
“Allow the access” in your system & click “ok”.
User enters the User credentials
User Clicks on ‘ok’ to invalidate previous sessions.
User clicks on Digital signature process
User selects the signature certificate and selects the ‘Register’ button.
Profile Update
User has to fill the profile
Multiple firms with same PAN – List of users displays for adding the new firm.
Note: There is no multiple firms please click “Skip and continue”
Additionalfirm – Profile update
After updatinguser need to click on “ Update and Continue”
Click on Login Again
After profile update, system redirects to update password Page
After profile update, system redirects to update password Page
Selects the etenderad clicks on ‘Sign in’
Vendor Dashboard
Click on Vendor Complete Profile
Profile 1 - View
Profile 2 - View
