Documents Checklist

Two Passport Size Photos - Student and Co-Applicant One set to be pasted on the Application Form and second
set to be affixed (stapled) to the Application Form

Photo ID - Student and Co-Applicant


• Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card Passport
• Driving License Aadhar Card
• Voter’s ID Card

Residence Proof - Student and Co-Applicant


• Passport Driving License
• Aadhar Card Voter’s ID Card

Academic Documents of Student


• Mark sheet of 10th Exam, 12th Exam
• Mark sheet of Subsequent Years of Education e.g. BE, B Com, Bsc, etc. Provision and Consolidate
• Mark sheet of Any Entrance Exam Taken e.g. CAT, MAT, GRE/ GMAT/ TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE (as applicable)
• Proof of Admission: Printed Admission Letter/ I20 From the Institute on its Letterhead
• Scholarship Documents (if applicable)
If student having Work Experience, need to have proof of the same.

Last 8 Months Bank Statements of Co-Applicant


Note: If more than one bank account, provide copies of all the Bank Statements
Account where Salary or Business, Professional receipts are credited every month.
If any Loan’s available, All the EMI reflecting Bank statements to be provided for 8 months.

Income Proof of Co-Applicant


A. In case of Salaried Employee (All the following)
• Latest 3 Salary Slips or Salary Certificate on Employer's Letterhead
• Last 2 year's Form 16 from Employer or Last 2 Year's Income Tax Returns
• Any Other Income Proof That is Not Reflected in the Above Documents
• Employee ID Card

B. In case of Self Employed or Professional (All the following)


• Last 2 Year's Income Tax Returns along with P&L a/c and Balance Sheet ( Source of Income )
• Last 2 Year's Certified Financial Statements or Provisional Financial Statements Duly Certified by CA
• Proof of Office (Firm registration, MOA/ AOA, Partnership Deed, Lease Deed, etc as applicable)
• Any Other Income Proof That is Not Reflected in the Above Documents

Collateral - Immovable Property (Flat, House, Non-Agriculture Land)


• Property Title Deed (Sale Deed)
• Previous Chain of Sale Deed establishing title (All Link documents / Patta Pass Book / Pahani / Adangal)
• Latest Property tax bill along with paid receipts
• Approved building plan for Houses/ Apartments
• Approved Layout Plan from Municipal/ Urban Development Authority for Open Plots
• Up to date Encumbrance certificates reflecting all Link Documents
FD Can also be accepted as Security for the Loan ( FD need to be made with HDFC Ltd )

Pls Note: Once Documents submitted will not returned(Required documents are only Xerox copies for processing)
