DESCRIPTION FAIRFIX TG is a water resistant grout for filling joints of tiles and it is composed of precisely graded, pure crystalline, marble powder, blend of special cements, water-repellent materials, oxide colours and plasticisers. It is suitable for use in tropical and hot climatic conditions. Addition of recommended quantity of water into FAIRFIX TG makes a smooth and creamy paste which resists water after setting.

FAIRADD TA

DESCRIPTION FAIRADD TA is an admixture for cementitious tile adhesive. It has to be mixed with cement or mortar to ensure good adhesion of the ceramic tiles. USES FAIRADD TA can be used as additive for cement mortar for tile, stone, adhesive, where economy is a major criteria.

PACKING AND COVERAGE 200 gms FAIRADD TA added with 50 kg cement and 50 kg sand will cover an area of 7.5-9 m at a thickness of 8 - 10mm.

USES < FAIRSCREED TG is a versatile, epoxy paste adhesive being particularly suitable for all tile joints. < FAIRSCREED TG may also be used for thin section concrete repairs.

FAIRFIX GLUE is a two-component, catalysed polyester resin based adhesives for bonding and filling marble, has very good adhesion to marble and other stones of similar porosity, has very fast initial cure. Coverage: 0.3m per 1kg with 2mm thickness. FAIRFIX TA SUPER is a prepacked polymer modified high performance cementitious ceramic tile adhesive, has excellent tensile strength, ensures perfect water tightness, powerful adhesion and hence can be used for fixing tile on tile. Coverage: 58m per 25 kg with recommended 3-4mm thickness. FAIRFIX TP is a prepacked synthetic tile adhesive, ensures excellent bond on concrete paster and even on ceramic & mosaic tile surfaces, ensures good flexibility, forms very high bond strength, ensures excellent quality and can be used to fix tile on tile. Coverage: 6-9m per 20kg pack. FAIRFIX TT is a prepacked two part system tile adhesive, ensures excellent bond on concrete, masonry, marble, can be used to fix tile on tile and acoustic and insulating board, gives perfect water tightness, excellent waterproofin gcharacteristics. Coverage: 5-7m per pack.

Exterior Insulated Finish Systems

DESCRIPTION FAIRFIX INSULATION is a single part polymer based specially designed for perfect insulating property to cool down temperature and insures the flexibility to cover the thermal stresses. METHOD OF USAGE Mixing : FAIRFIX INSULATION should be mixed with prcised quantity of water (w/p = 0.20). It should be mixed mechanically by using an electric drill and paddled attachment. (560 RPM) Add powder slowly in water and mix continuously until a homogenous mix is obtained. Surface Preparation : All surfaces should be cleaned, free from dust and loose laitance. If cracks are found on the existing surfaces it should be treated with CRAKSEAL. (See separate Datasheet) Before application of FAIRFIX INSULATION pre wet the surface and excess water should be removed. Application : First apply FAIRFIX INSULATION on prepared surface by gravity feed. A thickness of 3mm to 4mm is to be maintained on the surface which can be achieved using a thickness comb. Now, a polystyrene sheet of required area is attached to the surface and is kept for 24 hours so that the sheet is properly fixed to the surface. On the next day, again a 8-10mm thickness of FAIRFIX INSULATION plaster is applied with proper finishing. On it, a glass fiber sheet of required area is placed and again a final plaster is applied in such a way that glass fiber sheet is covered up totally. It is again kept for 24 hours and after that the surface is ready for paint. COVERAGE FAIRFIX INSULATION has a coverage of 17-20 sq.ft at 8mm thickness per 25 kg bag.
