WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Highways allocated a budget that will serve to build

several multi-purpose buildings for the purpose of providing shelter for evacuees, venue for programs
and activities, and the like.

WHEREAS, the said multi-purpose hall is in need of an available land, in order to realize the said
allocated budget for the purpose of public use.

WHEREAS, the said available land is hereby owned and under the authority and administration of
PHIVIDEC, in which, the government controlled agency requires the BRGY COUNCIL of CASINGLOT to
sign the “CONTRACT OF USUFRUCTUARY”, in order to signify the terms and conditions of their
agreement.

WHEREAS, the BRGY COUNCIL of CASINGLOT hereby approves HON. MARLON J. BOLANIO, Punong
Barangay, to sign in behalf of the council to the agreement made by PHIVIDEC for the compliance and
safekeeping of the said land that will be intended to be used for the benefit of the public.
