All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar, an Autonomous Institute of National Importance and apex
healthcare Institute being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the
Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in the
availability/reliable tertiary healthcare services and also to augment facilities for quality medical education in the
country.

under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 as permissible under the applicable Act/Rules for the following posts on

Note :-
1. The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Executive Director, AIIMS, Bibinagar,
Hyderabad reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India
Rules/Circulars and requirements. The Institute may cancel the Vacancy Notice or cancel selection of any of
the post(s) as felt necessary.
2. Reservation will be as per Government of India Policy.
3. 4% of the total vacancies is horizontally reserved for PWD candidates with Benchmark Disabilities as per the
Rules. The RPWD Act, 2016/DoPT instructions as applicable in this regard will be strictly followed.
4. Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) shall be applicable as per Govt. of India, Office
Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) DoPT dated 19th January, 2019 and 31st January, 2019. EWS
candidates must ensure that they have a valid EWS certificate on the last date of submission of application.
EWS Candidates will attach certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. In
case suitable Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates are not found, these posts will not be carried
forward/or considered as backlog vacancy, hence Unreserved (UR) candidates may also be allowed
provisionally to apply against EWS posts advertised through above referred advertisement who may be
considered incase suitable EWS candidate are not found to fill up these posts reserved for EWS.
5. The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualification & experiences will be the last
date of submission of online application.
6. The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualifications.

* - Educational Qualifications for Non-Medical Candidates (as applicable) :
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at AIIMS,
Bibinagar, Hyderabad, Telangana.
2. Application Process:- The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects can submit their
application through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of application will be made available on AIIMS,
Bibinagar’s official website i.e. https://aiimsbibinagar.edu.in. The link for submission of online applications in
respect of above said posts along with other relevant information will be activated on the date of publication of
advertisement on Employment News / Rojgar Samachar or earlier (as posted on the website).
The last date of online submission of applications will be 30 days from the date of publication of the
advertisement in Employment News / Rojgar Samachar. In case, the last date falls on weekly off or holidays,
then the last date of submission of application will be shifted to the next working day (up to 5.00 PM).
Candidates who apply through online have to send a Printout of the online application form, duly signed in each
page alongwith self-attested copies of all certificates/documents in support of fulfilling the essential criteria of age,
educational qualifications, teaching/research experiences etc. besides others in support of their candidature within
15 days from the last date of receipt of online application. The hard copy of online application shall be enclosed
with self attested copies of Matriculation Certificate, MBBS Degree Certificate / Mark sheets, MD / MS / DM /
MCh. or equivalent certificates / Mark sheets, Teaching / Research Experiences Certificates etc. The Experience
Certificate should clearly show the period of experience, duration of experience (“from” to “to”), nature of
experience (either teaching or research) etc. The candidates can only mention those teaching experiences which
are recognised by MCI/NMC/Govt. of India. The complete application may be sent through Speed Post/Courier
etc. within stipulated period. The Institute shall not responsible for any postal delay. Incomplete applications or
applications received after the last date are liable to be rejected.

3. For filling up of Online application, candidates must have the following pre-requisites ready :
(i) Valid e-mail ID.
(ii) Scanned Passport size photograph of candidate (in JPG format).
(iii) Scanned Signature of the candidate (in JPG format).
(iv) Online payment details of the required Application Fee.
(v) Any other details as per the advertisement.

Guidelines for Scanning the Photographs & Signature:
Before applying online a candidate must have a scanned (digital) image of his/her Photograph and Signature as per the
specifications given below:
(i) Photograph Image :
Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture.
The picture should be in colour, against a light-coloured preferably white background.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
Dimensions 200x230 pixels (preferred).
Size of file should be between 20 KB -100 KB.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100 KB.
(ii) Signature Image :
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket /Interview Call letter and wherever necessary.
If the Applicant’s signature, at the time of examination/Interview, does not match the signature of the online
application, then the applicant will be disqualified besides taking legal action as per the law.
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred).
Size of file should be between 10 KB -50 KB.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 KB.
(iii) Document Image :
Size of each file should be between 50 KB -100 KB.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100 KB.
3. The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for
the post applied for. They must be fulfilling eligibility criteria as on the closing date of applications failing which
their application will be rejected. In case it is found that they are not fulfilling any of the criteria at any stage,
their candidature will summarily be rejected even though they qualify the Screening Test or Interview or both.
4. The Online application will be closed on the last date of the receipt of application i.e., 30 days from the date of
publication of advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar. The candidature of such applicants who fail
to complete the submission of online application by the stipulated date and time, will not be considered and no
further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
5. The candidate must ensure that their photo and signature should be clearly visible in preview at the time of filling
of application in online mode. If photo/signature image is displayed small or not visible in preview on online
application, that means photo/signature is not as per the AIIMS, Bibinagar prescribed and in that case, their
application will be rejected. So, candidates are advised to be careful while uploading their photo and signature.
Both must be visible clearly on Online Application Form.
6. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the form separately
through On-line mode only and separate application fees as applicable is to be paid.
7. Pay Scale :-
1 Professor Level 14-A (Minimum Pay of Rs.1,68,900/-) Plus NPA for medically qualified
candidates only.
2 Additional Professor Level 13-A2+ (Minimum Pay of Rs.1,48,200/-) Plus NPA for medically
qualified candidates only.
3 Associate Professor Level 13-A1+ (Minimum Pay of Rs.1,38,300/-) Plus NPA for medically
qualified candidates only.
4 Assistant Professor Level 12 (Minimum Pay of Rs.1,01,500/-) Plus NPA for medically qualified
candidates only. After three years, Assistant Processors will move to Level 13
(Minimum Pay of Rs.1,23,100/-) of the Pay Matrix.
Allowances and Perks will be admissible as per the rules besides Pays & NPA (for medical candidates only).

8. Maximum Age-limit: -
Professor/Additional Professor: - Not exceeding 58 (Fifty Eight) years as on the last date of the receipt of the
online application i.e. 30 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar
Samachar.
Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor: - Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on the last date of the receipt of
the online application i.e. 30 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement in Employment
News/Rojgar Samachar.
(i) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of online applications.
(ii) Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate only will be accepted
by the Institute for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will not be considered or
granted.
(iii) No age relaxation would be available to SC / ST / OBC Candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.
(iv) Age relaxation permissible to various categories is as under :-

9. 4% of the total vacancies is horizontally reserved for PWD candidates with Benchmark Disabilities as per

10. Candidates applying under any of the reserved category posts, viz. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS will be considered
subject to Caste/PwBD/EWS Certificate issued by the appropriate/ Competent Authority on the prescribed
format. Community should be clearly and legibly mentioned in the Certificate.
OBC candidate’s eligibility will be based on the caste(s) borne in the Central List of Government of India. OBC
candidate(s) should not belongs to Creamy Layer and their sub-caste should match with the entries in Central
List of OBC, failing which their candidatures will not be considered under any of the applied reserved category
post(s).
11. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation under PwBD quota in service/posts who suffer from not less
than 40% of physical disability. Person who wants to avail the benefit of reservation would have to submit a
Disability Certificate as issued by a Competent Authority in prescribed format.
12. Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) shall be applicable as per Govt. of India, Office

13. The candidates are to satisfy all eligibility criteria before online application. They must possess the educational
qualification and experiences as recognised by the MCI/NMC/Govt. of India. Their candidature will be cancelled
at any stage if it is found that their educational qualification or experiences is not recognised by the Govt. of
India.
14. Qualifications and Experiences: Qualifications and experiences as prescribed may be relaxed in exceptional
cases at the discretion of the Selection Committee with prior approval of the Competent Authority. The
experience will be counted as on last date of submission of application.

15. Short Listing by Methods of the Selection: The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the
same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Based on bio-data, the Screening
Committee may short-list candidates for interview. If required there may be Screening Test in case large number
of candidates apply for a post or posts. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original
documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. They may also be asked to
submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by the AIIMS, Bibinagar, Hyderabad at the time of Interview. The
methodology of Selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter
relating to the Selection process.
16. Site of Interview: Interviews will be held at AIIMS Bibinagar, Hyderabad or any other place as decided by the
Executive Director, AIIMS, Bibinagar, Hyderabad. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
17. APPLICATION FEES : Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only).
1) For Unreserved/OBC candidates is Rs.1500/-. The candidates can pay the prescribed application fee online
through Internet Banking. Transaction/Processing fee, if any as applicable, will be payable to the Bank by
the candidates to the AIIMS Account No. : 66120100000006, MICR No. : 508012010, IFSC Code :
BARB0DBCHND, AIIMS Bibinagar Branch, Bank of Baroda. After payment of application fees, the
information pertaining to this and copy of the receipt in support of depositing the application fees are to be
entered/uploaded in the on-line application.
2) Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
3) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women Candidates of any community.
4) Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and summarily rejected.
18. The applicants already in Government service shall have to produce No Objection Certificate from their present
employer at the time of Interview. However, they have to take prior permission from their employer while
applying for the post.
19. AIIMS, Bibinagar decision pertaining to any matters of this recruitment is final.
The decision of the AIIMS, Bibinagar, Hyderabad in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of
the applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of examination(s), allotment of
examination centres, interview dates, selection and allotment of posts to selected candidates will be final, binding
on the candidates and no enquiry / correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
20. Any corrigendum or revision of the advertisement or any other information regarding this recruitment will be
posted on the Official website of AIIMS, Bibinagar, Hyderabad only in due course. Candidates are advised to
visit Institute’s website regularly for any updates about this advertisement and selection process.
21. Based on the declaration of the candidates in their on-line application, they will be provisionally declared eligible
to appear Screening Test/Interview as applicable. However, if anyone found not meeting the prescribed
qualification/experience and other eligibility criteria as per the advertisement at any stage of the selection process
or even after selection, then his candidature will be treated as cancelled without giving them any further notice.

(vi) The applicants, who do not have requisite qualifications / experiences as advertised as on the last date for
submission of applications, will not be considered. However, in case they are called for Screening
Test/Interview and appeared for the same does not confer any rights for selection in case they are found not
meeting eligibility criteria later on.
(vii) Incomplete application(s) will be summarily rejected. Applications received after the last date of application
will not be considered.
(viii) The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed educational
qualification.
(ix) The employees of the Institute will be governed by the New Pension Scheme as per the provision contained in
the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (ECB & PR Division). Notification No. 5/7/
2003-ECB&PR dated 22.12.2003. However, pay protection and continuation of past services of the existing
Govt. employees selected to the posts of Faculty will be considered strictly as per the Rules.
(x) Last Date of the submission of online application: 30 days from the date of publication of this
advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar. Last date of submission of hard copy of the online
application alongwith requisite documents is 15 days from the date of last date of the submission of online
application.
(xi) The post(s) is/are whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited.
