Motivation Question
As a MAPEH student, how is it essential to know the rules in playing some certain
games? How the rules in the playing process?
Answer: As a MAPEH students it is essential for me to know and learn the rules in playing
some certain games for us to become aware of rules provided in an agreement of us in
understanding the competition. And also if there are no rules, then it would be uneven contest,
and practically an all-out mess of what’s going on. Another important aspects of rules is that
they are written to not favour any player or team playing the sport. Games with rules is a level
of play that imposes rules that must be followed by the players. And these develop their
understanding of social concepts, such as cooperation and competition, and are able to think
more objectively. They are able to grasp the concept of the game having clear beginning and
end where they are required to take turns and follow certain procedures to complete the game.

1. What are the basic skills in Soccer game?
Answer: The basic skills in Soccer game are; passing/shooting, dribbling and controlling
(or trapping) the ball. These skills can be learned at any age, and good soccer players
works continually to improve them.
2. What are the rules in playing Frisbee, Handball and Floorball?
Answer: The rules in playing Frisbee is to gain points by scoring goals. The disc may
only be passed, and a goal is scored when a player successfully passes the disc to a
teammate in the end zone which that team is attacking. The team with the most points
at the end of the game is declared the winner. And the rules in playing handball is a
player may stop, catch, throw, bounce or strike the ball in any manner and in any
direction, using hands, fists, arms, head, body, thighs or knees. However, a player may
not intentionally touch the ball with any part of the body below the knee. The ball is
almost always played with the hands. While the rules in playing Floorball is During a
game, there should be no jumping, with it being compulsory for one foot to be on the
ground when receiving the ball. Players may also not go down on two knees to make
plays or block shots. Only the goalkeeper may play from his or her knees. The ball must
also be received by a stick below knee level.
