“ A RESOLUTION REQUESTING LGU JABONGA TO USE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT


ALLOTMENT FUND (MDAF) IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php250,000.00) ALLOCATED TO COUNTERPART KALAHI PROJECT OF BARANGAY
MAGSAYSAY FOR REHABILITATION AND UPGRADING OF DAY CARE CENTER FOR
TEMPORARY ISOLATION FACILITY.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Magsaysay as one of the recipient of the Project of KALAHI
CIDSS NCDDP-AF is in need to counterpart in cash to realize the said project.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Magsaysay, propose that the MUNICIPAL


DEVELOPMENT FUND (MDAF) in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php250,000.00) from LGU Jabonga shall be the counterpart to KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP AF.

WHEREAS, to realize this said proposal, the Barangay Council waiting the budget
from MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT ALLOTMENT FUND (MDAF) in the amount of TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS TO KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP-AF OF JABONGA, AGUSAN
DEL NORTE.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of KAG. EFREN M. BERMUDEZ, SR. duly seconded by
all members of the Sangguniang Barangay;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED: the Sangguniang Barangay of Magsaysay,


Jabonga, Agusan del Norte, REQUESTING LGU JABONGA TO USE MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT ALLOTMENT FUND (MDAF) IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php250,000.00) ALLOCATED TO COUNTERPART KALAHI PROJECT OF
BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY FOR REHABILITATION AND UPGRADING OF DAY CARE CENTER
FOR TEMPORARY ISOLATION FACILITY.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to transmit copies of this resolution to the OFFICE OF


MUNICIPAL MAYOR, BUDGET OFFICE, OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN for their
guidance and information.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, this 20th day of JANUARY, 2022 at Barangay Magsaysay,


Jabonga, Agusan del Norte.
