Indigo-3G Dosing
On workout days, take one of your Indigo-3G doses 40 - 60 minutes prior to starting peri workout nutrition. Ideal peri-workout nutrition is a combination of Anaconda, Mag-10, and Surge Workout Fuel, consumed throughout the training period.
