It is known over the world that until now we are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic that
threatens our life. Safety precautions and protocols were advised. Under the “new normal”,
Balansay Elementary School has been approved to implement the progressive expansion of
limited face to face learning modality and has formally started it on April 25, 2022.

In connection with this, we are requesting for TEN (10) STAND FANS for the
improvement and condusiveness of the classroom used by learners and teachers in their
face to face learning sessions. We believe that the improvement will give convenience and
will be beneficial to our learners and teachers in bringing quality education amidst this
pandemic.

We ardently hope for your positive response and we look forward to a continuing
partnership with you in providing quality education to our learners.
