Introduction 
 
Branch of Interplast Co. Ltd (www.interplast‐ksa.com) was established in Riyadh in the year 2007 to manufacture 
electrical  accessories,  conduits  and  PVC/PE/PPR  pipes  as  well  as  fittings.  In  2017,  for  strategic  reasons,  it 
acquired Cosmoplast Pipeline Systems division so as to serve the regional markets as a combined single source 
of  electrical  and  mechanical  systems  for  the  Construction  Industry.  Major  brand  names  include  ‘EDISON’ 
Electrical Accessories, ‘DECODUCT’ Electrical Cable Management Systems and ‘COSMOPLAST’ Pipeline Systems.

Interplast  Branch,  with  its  head  office  in  UAE,  is  part  of  the  Harwal  Group  of  Companies  founded  in  1938. 
Cosmoplast Industrial Company WLL in UAE, established since 1976, is a fully owned subsidiary of Interplast 
Company Ltd. with a branch in KSA.   
 
The Harwal Group has an international workforce of 6600 members, with its products sold in over 65 countries. 
Its 40 manufacturing facilities are spread over KSA, UAE,  USA and CIS  countries with distribution facilities in 
Europe and USA. Its production and conversion capacity in the GCC is over 200,000 tons of plastic materials and 
200,000 tons of Steel, Aluminum and Wood Products, which encompass:
