7. Are all socketing outlets protected by RCCB’s, / ELCB’s /MCB’s/ Fuses,
RCD’S/ GFCI’s/ AFCI’s and Emergency cut-off switches?
8. Provision of lightening arrestor within the work premisses and over Boat/
Barge/ vessels.
9. Proper cable management (cable layout) done?
10. Is there provision of LOCK OUT/ TAGOUT?
11. Are identity (photograph and Name) of competent electrician been
displayed over panel, DB’s?
12. Are training been delivered to electricians?
13. Are there any location where there is stagnant water?
14. Are all electrical, electromechanical, DB’s Panels are Green Tagged.

11. Appropriate number of Traffic Marshals/ wardens, Provision of reflecting
mirrors on Turns and Sign Boars are available at site?

and adverse weather condition.
7. Are all safety measure considered to overcome biological Hazards like
Mosquitoes, Legionella and Leptospira?
