I am Managing some @Remote Compatible Devices and I have noticed a CC Code xxx, what do these codes
indicate?
CC101: Continuous Jam
CC201: Remaining Jam
CC202: Cover Open
CC301: Fusing Cleaning Web Near End
CC302: Fusing Cleaning Web End
CC401: Dev Aspiration Bottle Near Full
CC501: Dev Aspiration Motor Near Lifetime
CC601: Waste Toner Bottle Full
CC611: Waste Toner Bottle Near Full: OPC
CC612: Waste Toner Bottle Near Full: Transfer Belt
CC621: Waste Ink Tank Full
CC622: Waste Ink Tank Near Full
CC631: Ink Gate Unit Full
CC632: Ink Gate Unit Near Full
CC701: Fusing Oil End
CC801: Waste Oil Bottle Full
CC811: Waste Oil Bottle Near Full
CC1111: Indicates User CC Call for Continues Jams.
CC1222: Indicates User CC Call for Cover Open.

In the case of CC 1111 and 1222, if the Device is set for Reduced Call Mode, this Call is an indication that the Customer has
selected via the Operation Panel, to place a Call for Service.
You should contact your Customer as soon as possible and offer them any required assistance.
