“A RESOLUTION MUNICIPAL ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL PLAN CY 2021 OF


THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAYAN, MAGUINDANAO.”

WHEREAS, presented before this August Body is the Municipal Anti-Drug


Abuse Council Plan CY 2021;

WHEREAS, upon thorough evaluation and review of the plan, it was found that
it substantially complied with the provision of the law;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sanggunian Bayan of Talayan to adopt
the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council Plan CY 2021 of the Municipality of Talayan,
Maguindanao:

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward this resolution to all concerned for guidance


and information.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL PLAN


CY 2021 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAYAN, PROVINCE OF MAGUINDANAO
AND RECOMMENDING THE SAME TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION.

WHEREAS, presented before the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council Plan for the year
2021 of Talayan, Maguindanao;

WHEREAS, upon thorough deliberation on the proposed plan, and for the interest of
public, it was:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Municipal


Anti-Drug Abuse Council Plan Plan CY 2021 of Talayan, Maguindanao and recommending the
same to the Sangguniang Bayan for approval and adoption.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for
guidance and information.
