MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH

1. That the captioned case is pending before this Hon’ble

Court and is listed for dated, i.e. 26.05.2022.

2. That the Applicant was not aware about the date fixed for

the case and on account of misunderstanding and

communication gap neither the applicant nor his counsel

could appear before this court on date fixed for hearing and

hence this Hon’ble court was constrained to issue Bailable

warrant against the applicant on account of his non

appearance dated 05.03.2022.

3. That the applicant/Accused has been very punctual in

attending earlier dates of the proceeding before the court.

4. That the non-Appearance of the accused was neither

intentional nor deliberate but for the abovesaid reason and

the accused/applicant pleads for the bonafide on his part

as he failed to attend the proceedings.


5. That the applicant undertakes to be very punctual on all

future dates of hearing and will not repeat such mistake.

PRAYER

It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to cancel bailable warrant issued against

the accused person in the interest of justice.
