The Assessment Task

Write an essay of 2,000 words (+/- 10%) to answer the following:

As a Strategic leader for an organization of your choice, set your organization’s direction using
appropriate management tools

Develop a leadership Development Plan by creating core competencies and keeping in view the
required leadership styles and theories

Submission date
