ORDER OF VOLUNTARY RECUSAL

COMES NOW, the Judge of the 390th Judicial District Court of Travis County
Texas, Judge Julie Kocurek on her own motion and hereby voluntarily recuses
herself from any further proceedings in the above entitled and numbered cause,
and requests that another judge be assigned to preside over this case.
Pursuant to Rule 18A of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, this cause will
be referred to the Regional Presiding Judge of the Third Judicial Region for further
determination.
