1. This office hereby issues the schedule of conduct of SMEA per quarter for your
information and guidance:

FIRST QUARTER - January , February, March 2020

SECOND QUARTER- April, May, June 2020

THIRD QUARTER- July, August, September, 2020

FOURTH QUARTER- October, November, December 2020

2. In view of the foregoing you are expected to submit reports needed in the conduct of
SMEA .

3. Immediate and wide dissemination of the contents of this Memorandum is desired.
