August 1984 - September 2008) Owned and operated two beauty shops.
Provided hair care services to enhance the appearance of consumers. Provided spe
cialized facial care services that helped clients look and feel their best. Cut
, trimmed, shampooed, and styled hair. Fit hairpieces and offer scalp treatments
and facial shaving. Applied color, bleach, or highlight hair and to offer perma
nent-wave services. Also provided skin care and nail treatments. We offered beau
ty services, such as shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair. Advised cl
ients on how to care for their hair, or give it a permanent wave, or how to ligh
ten or darken their hair color. Also gave manicures, pedicures, scalp and facial
treatments; provided makeup analysis; and cleaned and styled wigs and hairpiece
s. Provide additional services such as beauty skills, how to take care of their
