Most Respectfully Showeth:

1. That the abovementioned case is listed before this Hon’ble Court for today.
The applicant is putting his appearance through his Counsel before this
Hon’ble Court in this matter today.

2. That on the last date the matter is on the stage of charge. Accused no 2 had
to go to Bharatpur, Rajasthan as she has to attend a marriage function in her
family. The invitation card is attached as Annexure-1.

3. That the Accused/Applicant is unable to appear before this Hon’ble court


today as he has gone to Bhartpur, Rajasthan and in not presently in Delhi.

4. That non – appearance of the Accused/Applicant before this Hon’ble Court


is neither intentional nor deliberate but for the reason stated above.

5. That it would be in the interest of justice as well as in the interest of the


Complainant/Applicants to grant exemption.

PRAYER

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that considering the circumstances of the


present case this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:

(a) Exempt the Accused/Applicant from his personal appearance in this case
and be allowed to appear through Counsel for today.

(b) Pass any other order and directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit
and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
