Dear DRC HR,

I write to apply for the Information Management Officer position, a position listed on YemenHR career
portal. With my degree in Information Systems and Technology coupled with four years’ experience in
information management, I am confident that I can be an asset to your organization. I am motivated by
the work of your organization in providing emergency aid, fight for the rights of refugees and strengthen
their opportunity for a brighter future.

In my work with Prostudio for four years as technical administrator, I am responsible for managing the IT
department, overseeing installation of new hardware and software, training staff in the IT department,
and setting security policies for information management. Additionally, I research current technologies
and make updates as needed. I have excelled in planning, designing, and implementing computer
technology to support various projects.

While working with Hajar&co. as IT Surveyor, I demonstrated expertise in data analysis and information
management. I also supported the collection of information and data in the project. I have
communication, innovation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
