The data hosting is available for free for up to three sites per account, providing basic functionality. By
subscribing to a standard account, features such as scheduled reports, SMS alarm notifications, and
GPS based positioning become available.
SIM cards
An optional SIM card for the gateway units using mobile GPRS communication can also
be included with the shipment. These SIM cards have been tested and verified with our solution
and offer a simple and cost-efficient alternative to local SIM cards.

Remote Access
Netbiter Remote Access
Network bridge – this enables a remote connection to the network on the Ethernet LAN port of
the Netbiter EC310 and EC 350 gateway and allows remote access to any device on that
network, example remotely use DEIF USW to the to AGC-4.
TCP/UDP tunneling – a tunnel can be mapped to a specific remote IP address and specific ports of
an Ethernet device for TCP and UDP messaging. Limiting access to specific ports and IP addresses
is often an advantage from a security perspective.
Remote Serial – provides a virtual COM port that is mapped to the remote RS232 or RS485 port
of the Netbiter EC310 and EC 350 gateway.
