CONCLUSIONS: its essential to implement MOC in the company for every employee
and contractor to understand there is a change happened in the facility, this will help
in having better maintenance planning for the existing equipment, safety of the
employees, etc

RECOMMENDATION: I would urge every company to implement MOC and start building
themes to sell the idea in the head of every employee.
