THE 27 RULES:

1. REMEMBER the minimum characters for all messages we send is 150.

2. If a client sends a message with 400 characters, we MUST reply with 75%
length of characters which is 300. (Characters Length can be seen on top right
corner with blue color LENGTH or just under the message box)

3. If you mention the following words, your account will be DEACTIVATED


automatically: youtube, facebook, instagram etc same as phone number,
outlook, dot com, gmail and other email providers, not even Mcdonalds.
DO not use the words "fake" fake profile" instead use " genuine"

4. Every message needs to be DIFFERENT towards the customer and make sure
to send an interesting message to him!

5. EVERY MESSAGE MUST HAVE at least 1 open question (preference: in the


end).

6.THIS IS A MUST – Know that it‘s not just a question. You have to ask for the
customer to respond but make sure it’s a trigger question or an interesting
question, open questions for example,

Which chocolate do you like and why do you like that one?

It‘s a simple question but the customer will always respond especially when he
loves chocolates.

7. Don't forget your logbook!


For example :
- He says he is from Las Vegas: you need to save this under the"City" (City:
Las Vegas).
- He says he’s 39 years old: you need to save this under "Age"
- „Last 15 years“, he says, „I dated only Asians“: you need to save this under
"Relations".

8. No FALSE HOPE FOR THE MEETING: we don't give false hope promising that
we will meet them SOON or EVEN LATER.

9. The "let me check my schedule" excuse is forbidden. NO FALSE HOPE for


meeting.

10. NO copy paste, all identical messages sent to the same or different customers
are considered as copy pasting. The system will detect it immediately! Also, NO
talks about LOVE. Do not ever tell the client you love him/her or otherwise give
him/her that impression. Stay away from phrases like “I will never let you
go/always want to be with you/you are (forever) in my heart” and so on.

11. Trigger the clients to respond back. THIS IS A MUST.


NEVER SEND MESSAGES THAT LOOK ALIKE, NEVER DO COPY PASTE: again, the
platforms have a system on it that easily identifies messages that look alike and
will get blocked.

12. I have seen some operators who send boring messages, therefore, send very
beautiful, creative, interesting messages to the clients so they respond
continuously to our platforms.

13. NEVER set up a meeting with a user.


NEVER exchange any personal info such as personal number or social media
account.

14. Your account will be PERMANENTLY closed if you use wrong GRAMMAR, if
your English writing is not GOOD, this is something operators cannot fix
instantly.

15. DO NOT FORGET TO ADD LOGBOOK.

16. Working on our platforms using a CELL PHONE is strictly FORBIDDEN.

A MUST: The distance between the player and the client should be between 10-
50 km

Also use LANGUAGE TOOL: this is a MUST.

18. "When we meet…" implies that the meeting will surely take place. The correct
way is "IF WE WERE TO MEET". There's a very fine line.

19. NEVER talk about CREDIT with Clients.

20. NEVER use "i" INSTEAD of I, several full stops "..." or several "??" Or "!!!" Or
"word ?" Correct is "word?" Or "word word" so NO several spaces between
words'' (Grammarly, or Language Tool will help greatly here). Please go to

21. Never use any VPN (VPN shows different locations that you are usually)

22. Excessive use of single words (even on different messages) is considered as


COPY PASTING, words like: Well, darling, friend, oh, wow, nice meeting you, in
the meantime, I would like to, ETC. Use Google for synonyms or different ways of
saying it.

23. If the client sends you his contact info, num, email, Fb, ig, Whatsapp etc.
DO not let him know that you see it, just IGNORE and DIVERT the conversation.
Do not ask for the CL's info, nor promise him that you will call or email him.
24. Ask question/s to the client, it will make him react to your message. Call to
action.
And answer the clients' questions, never ignore them.

25. No emojis AT ALL

26. NEVER SAY "I would like to fuck you, I want to fuck you" it is not safe, instead
just talk about how you want to get fucked or your fantasies.
Never ever engage in GROSS SEX.

27. Use specific English for the USA, CAN, AUS and UK, depending on which
platform you are working with.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND ABOVE CLEARLY, Failure to do so will result in the


account being DEACTIVATED from the Employer (We don’t Deactivate, we just
HELP Agents), and you’ll be fired without any payments.
