IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MADISON COUNTY, JANUARY TERM 2022

Recalled January 25, 2022

The Grand Jurors for the State of Mississippi, taken from the body of good
and lawful citizens of Madison County, elected, summoned, impaneled, sworn and
charged to inquire in and for the body of the county aforesaid, at the term aforesaid
of the Court aforesaid, in the name and by the authority of the State of Mississippi,
upon their oaths present that:

DANNY NEIL BLANTON,

On or about the 10th day of July, 2021, in the county aforesaid and within the
jurisdiction of this Court, did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously drive or operate a
motor vehicle on the roads of the State of Mississippi, Madison, County, while under
the influence of intoxicating liquor, and/or having an alcohol concentration of eight
one-hundredths percent (.08%) or more in his blood based upon grams of alcohol
per one hundred (100) milliliters of blood or grams of alcohol per two hundred ten
(210) liters of breath as shown by chemical analysis of his breath, blood, or urine;
when he, the said DANNY NEIL BLANTON, had then and there three (3) or more
convictions for violation of Miss. Code Ann. §63-11-30(1) (1972, as amended), to-
wit:

1. Convicted of violating Miss. Code Ann. §63-11-30 (1972, as


amended) (DUI) on or about June 17, 2021, in the Madison
Municipal Court, State of Mississippi, Docket Number
2021493, said offense having occurred on or about March 16,
2021; and;

Convicted of violating Miss. Code Ann. §63-11-30 (1972, as


amended) (DUI) on or about May 28, 2014, in the Oxford
Municipal Court, State of Mississippi, Docket Number TA13-
79038, said offense having occurred on or about December 7,
2013; and;

Convicted of violating Miss. Code Ann. §63-11-30 (1972, as


amended) (DUI) on or about July 12, 2004, in the Madison County
Court, State of Mississippi, Docket Number 2004-0023 and 2004-
0024, said offense having occurred on or about August 1,2003; and;

in violation of Miss. Code Ann. §63-11-30 (1972, as amended), and being against
the peace and dignity of the State of Mississippi.
