Description of Work & Sketch - EAM 034 Residents requested new drainage to stop the rain water issue. Contractor and Engineer
proposed a cross drain at Ch: 0+190 and RHS Udrain from Ch. 0+190 to 0+000 & Ch; -0+025 connecting to the lagoon. Please refer the
attached drawing of the proposal.

Attendees- RDA PE, ARE,CE,PM,DPM,SE,ESO, Residents of EAM 034.

Decisions Taken-

1) Cross drain to be constrcted at Ch: 0+190 water flowing from RHS to LHS.

2) Construct new LHS U drain from Ch: 0+190 to 0+000 & to Ch: -0+025 connecting to the Lagoon.

3) Construct new RHS U drain from 0+000 to -0+025 to stop water stagnation at 0+000 junction.

4) Following CEB poles & SLT poles need to be shifted.

a) CEB - Ch: 0+098 LHS, 0+082 LHS,0+060 LHS, 0+121 LHS


b) SLT - Ch: 0+192 RHS

5) Follwing locations boundary walls & shop accesses to be damaged. Residents agreed to the demolishing to allow drain path.

a) 0+137 LHS Boundary wall , 0+152 to 0+137 LHS shop access

6) Road width will be maintained as proposed 4m, without any change.

7) Road existing chamfer is LHS (+) & RHS (-), & it will not be changed.
