I am writing this letter with reference to your Academic Excellence Scholarship


(ACAEX) program that you offer. I am a fourth-year student of Bachelor of Library and
Information Science program with due respect, I would like to apply for the scholarship for my
further studies. The financial condition of my family is just right to supply our needs. Thus, I
will be grateful to you if you consider my application for the scholarship.

To prove my diligence, I have enclosed copies of my academic accomplishments. I am


very glad to accept it and pledge to do my very best to exceed your expectations to me. I am
honored by maintaining my educational status and by excelling in some fields of education.
