Review the Batch Production Control Records.
Maintain the shop floor log books like Equipment Log Books, Filter Bag Cleaning & Changing Records, Filter bag
Soaking records, Weighing Machine Records, Manufacturing Area disinfectant solution preparation and Cleaning
Records, Containers Cleaning Records, Checklists of Reactors, Millers etc...
Maintain the Solvent and API Product Reconciliation records.
Ensuring the timely preventive maintenance and calibrations as per approved schedules.
Participating to department review meetings and implementing the actions as per the discussions.
