Dealing directly with potential clients who would be interested in Investments within the Real Estate industry.
You will have to cater to your clients closely and find the property they want within the established budget.
Your work also includes scheduling meetings and site visits. In short, the first-hand experience of all the
workings in an organisation.

Position : Sr. Executive Marketing & Sales

Salary : Rs. 4,00,000 – INR 8,00,00 / a . Probation period: 3 months

Location : Sector 63 Noida.

Selection : Through Interview


Responsibilities
 Interact directly with customers on the project site and open a communication channel to build a good
lasting relationship
 Assist clients on their property search
 Put up advertisements/digital marketing to attract customers
 Consult with an appraiser to set up a reasonable selling price
 Research market trends
 Check for any problems and suggest improvements when needed
 Ensure nothing violates the safety regulation code
 Record any findings by writing, recording, and photographs
 Ensure that the Clients’ needs are fulfilled

Requirements
 MBA Students with a strong inclination towards marketing and sales
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Knowledge of social media
 Driven and hard-working
 Ability to take direction and multi-task
