2. State a clear title/role under your name.
3. Your summary should be in short paragraphs.
4. Think about who you want to read your profile and write in an appropriate style for them.
5. Add links to examples of your work if you have them.
6. Check it carefully and get feedback from a friend or colleague.

Discussion
Do you have an online profile? Which other tips for profile writing can you share? If I
have profiles online, the advice I can give you is to invent nothing and use strong words to
describe your story. Tell what you do and what makes you unique. And finally, watch your
spelling, grammar, and syntax. No one hires someone who can't write well.
