HIGHER SCREENING ACCURACY

ClassiScreen

Raw Material Screening

CLASSISCREEN – WOOD RAW MATERIAL SCREENING

Application
 Panel board industry (PB, MDF)
 Pellet plants
 Wood recycling
 Energy generation

Description
 Processing different raw materials, like wet chips, recycled wood,
saw dust and forest residuals
 ClassiScreen classifies the material according to thickness
by means of gaps between the ClassiRolls
 Material is screened into predetermined fractions,
including fines, flakes, mini chips, chips and oversized
 ClassiRolls‘ adjustable gaps, roller pattern depth
and rotation speed determine the fractions

CLASSISCREEN – FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE

The finest fraction (e.g. sand and dust) is separated

In high-capacity applications, pre-screening
rolls equalize the material flow to roller bed a c in the first roller section, and accordingly the coarse fractions
are separated later on the coarser section(s)
