1 5-Excellent, the pupil attentively engaging in learning process. Done activities before
the given time. Volunteering to read in reading materials. All assignments were always
done.
4- Very good, the pupil has attentively participating and doing activities at a given
time. Opted to read in reading materials. Assignments almost all done.
3- Good, the pupil sometimes paying attention with the learning process. Opted to
read if asked. Assignments with difficulties were not done.
2- Fair, the pupil seldom paying attention in a learning process. It is hard to catch
his/her attention. Sometimes hesitant to read in reading materials. Seldom making her
assignments.
