1. Actually, the answer is yes. I can’t change my habit of staying up till 2 a.m. regularly. In addition,
I am a slacker when it comes to eating. Therefore, I often skip meals.
2. Since I'm growing up, I have always tried to keep healthy by eating a well-balanced, low-fat diet
with a variety of fruits and vegetables. I also work out for at least 40 minutes. I believe that it is vital
for everyone to maintain their health.

been able to keep up with my studies. Most of time I have to stay up late to finish all my
assignments. Currently, I'm up to my ears in homework for my upcoming graduation exam and
IELTS test, and then I relax by watching movies and eating midnight snacks which are my favourite
recreational activities. Sleep deprivation along with poor eating habits have negatively impacted my
health. Due to my busy timetable, I go for a jog where I live to improve my health and maintain my
current level of fitness. Due of my sedentary lifestyle, this was first tough. My daily routine
consisted of nothing except sitting in front of my computer to do my tasks. After a few days of
muscle pain, I became used to jogging and keep doing it in the evenings. This activity has helped /
been quite beneficial to me in terms of calorie burning also strengthening both physical and
mental health / burn calories and boost my physical and mental health. Jogging made me lose
weight become skinny. Now, to be honest, I'm quite pleased with my look and am making every
effort to keep it. In addition, jogging helps me to relax and take in the fresh air, and whenever I go
jogging, I feel like my mind is being refreshed.

1. Althought both are beneficial, I strongly believe that having a healthy food is more important.
These days, people are up to their ears in work and study, however they ensure that they have a
moderate portion with full of vital nutrients. It may help individuals avoid diseases such as diabetes,
obesity and blood pressure.
2. Definitely yes. When I was a kid, I didn't have much knowledge abt health; I just ate junk food to
fulfil my stomach. Since I'm growing up, I have read about nutrition studies. I have realized the
importance of good health and ensure that I follow healthy habits in my daily routine.

people now prefer, to discourage them from purchasing those products. Besides, they need to

health care. We need to balance both food and exercise for healthy living. Therefore, a person must eat
healthily and exercise regularly to achieve long-lasting results.

since obesity was less of a concern back then. Because of technological developments, we now
choose to stay at home and spend too much time on phones and video games instead of exercising.

Because I realize that health is one of the most crucial things in life, I have changed my lifestyle by
exercising and eating healthier food these days.
